We would like to inform you about an important safety notice for our product:
This product was sold between 1st of January 2020 and 14 July 2023

An audit has shown that this product was not correctly age rated, creating a safety issue with the collar attached to this product. Due to the lack of a breaking device in the collar, there is a risk of suffocation.
We ask you to immediately cut the collar neatly in the middle to exclude any choking hazard. You may also choose to return this product to the store for a full refund.
We hope that this report will not damage confidence in our brand.
